Megaman Battle Network 2 - Bass DX

Fight against Bass Deluxe in Megaman Battle Network 2, which you can only meet at random once you've gotten 247 of 250 chips in the game. Toughest boss in the game, and unlike Bass, you can't simply spam Gater as it doesn't have enough power to get through Bass's LifeAura of 150. I could have won earlier (see my 2 Protoman chips) but I wanted to finish him off with his own chip =).

Good god almighty, you really screwed up. How many more Gater PAs did you have? You could've beat him WAY faster.

You can't use Gater against Bass DX when he has the LifeAura up! It doesn't go through it since all hits are only 100 damage. I could have beat him faster, but with the 2 Protoman chips, not Gater. I wanted to finish him with the Bass chip anyways.

@nabeelmerchant I cant beat gospel...how the hell am i gonna beat him?(I got my MMBN2 the day after yesterday,SOOO hard to find these days...and tommorow I will possibly get MMBN!!,and a few days after that my bro will possibly send me a MMBN6 that took more that a month to get to NJ that he ordered through the internet!!!!XD)

@geico39 the key is to focus, that slows down time for you. Just relax when you fight bass or you won beat him.

Best way I've found to beat BassDelux is with a BodyGuard folder. Gospel dupe ATK+30 first, then AntiDmg, and getting DropDowns and ShadowManV3 chips are easy if you don't suck.

Then just Reg an ATK+30 and have Hub or Custom styles, and you'll usually get the PA and a couple ATK+30 on the first go around. If not have FullCust ready and you should get some death going. One enhanced BodyGuard is enough to kill Bass immediately.

I just beat the final form of Bass on Battle Net 6.......and for those of u who don't know, u have to beat a mini version of a cybeast, then fight Bass BX right after, with no chance to heal......And he has 3400 hp......And he can dish out 400 damage with no prob.....and u can only hit him while he attacks you......FUCK YES....
