This is actually where we're headed. The movie just exaggerates it a little. The whole thing about dumb people reproducing faster than smart people is actually true. Society glamorizes reality tv stars and trashy people. Morality's starting to decay. Technology's already dumbing down today's kids. A century from now, God only knows how retarded the human race will be.

I think, in my opinion and this is being whole-hearted, do believe that races are different, slightly and it's not just physical like skin colour and such, it's mentally as well, if you take politics and think logicically for a few seconds on the world state and Africa's state mind you I live and was brought up in South Africa and no I'm not black. You'd come to realize that races are definitely different. I mean if the theory of evolution, and how our ancestors migrated no way of being wrong.

I believe you can't have both freedom and safety, it's a pick and choose of the lesser of evils. To be free means people won't be held accountable and can go on a purge like the upcoming movie, to be safe you gotta give up freedoms. Intellectuals are trying and doing a decent job spreading knowledge but too many third parties get in the way and force their will leading to the veil you mention.

An alternative would be a system that protects the individual human being. A system that allows for free thought (Or lack thereof) while defending the physical being of other humans. One that values intellectuals, rather than the scum we've grown to value (Reality stars, celebrities, things of that sort, but in the terms of people in political power, people that veil their own views behind the guise of "good ol' fashioned" values.)
