Fox News crew intrudes upon a peaceful anti war protest march being held near the democratic convention headquarters, interferes with the procession by blocking the path of some of the marchers and seems to attempt to incite a riot by continually annoying the crowd and refusing to leave the area of the parade.

This is only one out of many clear examples where Fox News, under their false guise of "Fair and Balanced Reporting", has done nothing of the kind, but instead has used its power to influence the minds of a great mass of its generally unsophisticated, and seemingly brain-dead viewers to dishonestly persuade them to believe that open opposition to the war in Iraq, as well as to any imminent military action in Iran is not only somehow un-patriotic or un-American, but that it is some kind of criminal conduct that should be regarded with contempt, and violently put down.

Freedom of the Press was never intended to shelter blatant, and dispicable lies disseminated to the public as truth. That is why it has always been possible to sue the press for slander and libel. In the case of Fox News, however, the use of such tactics to promote an illegal war should very well earn them an indictment for conspiracy to commit murder.

My thoughts on politics and the current election:

"Left vs Right" is nothing more than a divisive puppet show.

Both McCain and Obama are on the same team. They are both enemies of the Constitution and American liberty. They are both warmongers. As members of the Counsel on Foreign Relations, they are both pushing the elitist globalist agenda. Both of them seek to bankrupt and destroy America through endless wars and wasteful programs, eventually establish the "North American Union", and verichip all citizens. Why do you think Ron Paul has been so consistently marginalized but Obama is covered constantly by FAUX News?

Voting for either one of those two clowns will render the same damned result - the end of America as we have always known and loved her, along with the reduction of the greater mass of our citizenry to the level of corporate slavery.

Voting for any candidate, simply because the media ~tells~ you that they are the only "viable" or "electable" candidate is the worst of all possible ways to waste a vote. By doing so, you are not voting your conscience; you are not voting for what you think is best for our country; you are simply doing as you are told . . . by people who have, time and again, been shown up to be proven, and habitual, LIARS.

I think that the BIG secret may be that Ron Paul actually won all of the primaries, but the true data has been disappeared.

It would also not surprise me to hear that Ron Paul or members of his family had been threatened in some diabolical way to force him to drop out of the "official" race.

Why? Because Ron Paul can mop the floor with *any* candidate in an open debate, and has done so on numerous occasions.

However, his correct positions on the constitution and the general state of America are not well received by the powerful few who seek to destroy America for their own twisted and selfish ends.

In regard to the subject at hand, i.e. 'War Protestors', 'Demonstrators', and other persons engaging in acts of 'Civil Disobedience' to affect 'Social Change' . . .

All protesters are people who do not have enough intelligence or courage to attempt to help change physically, the marching around with signs and yelling out more or less false and exaggerated claims, either fail to fight or fight to fail. I know i know u fucking people will comment that means the same thing and i can assure you it doesn't, either u dance around the fire or u jump in it and try to help put it out.. protesters are no more useless than cold boogers on a paper plate.
