You mistransformed him a tad, it seems, Common mistake. There are shoulder rotations that make beast mode shoulder joints higher up on the bot mode torso, so the beast mode arms can "store" easier.

And you can find this guy pretty easily at dollar stores and CVS/Wallgreens stores pretty easily.
