  • Good vid! Should i get the supermodel, the loaded tan tien, the lbl dk penguin, or the neversummer heist? Im looking for a freeride board with which i can do some technical tricks like tigerclaws, shuvits, ect. But i also want to be able to slide down some middle sized hills,(not enormous ones like in downhill) plz answer in a comment!

  • @BackwardsStunters Earthwing SM is pretty heavy, so if you wanna do stuff like in the loaded videos (im assuming) then go for a lighter deck. There's no flex and it takes much more to pull off tricks on the SM. but anyone can pull off tricks on any board. i say go for the SM because Earthwing is fucking badass and it'll last you longer than any other deck.

  • this is the same as the fsm fucker

  • @blushady Well, if you want to compare the two boards: the FSM has a 1-inch rocker, the SM does not. The FSM is made out of biodegradable materials and some weird glue, the SM is made from 100% rock hard maple. The FSM has flatter concave compared to the SM radial concave that spans the whole deck. Also, the SM has torsional flex channels underneath that causes the deck to flex while freeriding- the FSM does not. I've owned and ridden both of these decks, and they are completely different.

  • @Nick562318 so how does this stack up to the landyachtz 9two5?

  • @metallicman711 I haven't ridden a Landyachtz deck since the good ol' days of the Evo and DH Race. I don't want to make assumptions, but I will state the the 9two5 has rocker (a horizontal bend through the deck) that affects the ride while the Supermodel is flat and has a torsional flex from the channels in the deck and that the SM is wider.

YOU WILL NOT get bite from Indy 215 hangers with 75MM wheels.

YOU MIGHT get bite from RPK (Paris/Randal/Bear) 180MM hangers with 75MM wheels.

THIS BOARD IS ROCK SOLID WITH ZERO FLEX.

THIS BOARD IS IDEAL FOR ANY KIND OF RIDING WITH INDYS ON IT.

THIS BOARD COMES IN TWO FLEXES 8-PLY AND 9-PLY, 8-PLY HAS MORE TORSIONAL FLEX, 9-PLY HAS LESS.

YES, YOU CAN DO MANUALS, TIGER CLAWS, AND SHOVITS ON THIS BOARD.

YES, I THINK IT IS THE BEST BOARD EVER
