Have you got any idea what is glam ROCK? Glam rock was an early 70's movement which included artists like David Bowie, Sweet, Slade, Alice Cooper and Gary Glitter. These bands and songs in your video are all glam METAL of the 80's. They were influenced by the 70's glam rock artists but they're not real glam rock they are glam metal.

Like they are saying...Glam Rock is from the 70s mainly The Sweet, Slade, David Bowie, T-Rex, Alice Cooper, New York Dolls...they INFLUENCED the Glam Metal (aka Hair Metal) bands of the 80s like Guns N Roses, Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Poison and such. However, people still use "Glam Rock" to all encompass hair metal glam metal bands these days which is okay.
