Rachel Alexandra -- Arise

my tribute to the magnificent Rachel Alexandra. I thought it was about time I made one for her, everyone else has lol. And since she won't be racing again in 2009, I won't have missed out any races yet. Can't wait to see what she does next year, I really want to go to the Breeders Cup next year just to see her!! Music was inspired by a fantastic Sea the Stars video which is no longer available unfortunatly, I can only asume that Racing UK claimed the footage. Anyways... please enjoy!!

no worries, I was lacking muse to make videos for weeks, and I finally got it back. The first thing I wanted to make was a Rachel v Zenny video, which is now done, so I'm gonna start working on a Zenyatta tribute as soon as I find some suitable music =) Thanks!

i am going to stick my head out and say RA is not and will not ever be better than ruffian, only because we dont know what ruffian could of done. But any way this was a good video but i would have to say i am a Zenyatta fan and always will be

A very fair comment. Although I tend to look at it like... the pair are completely uncomparable. Because we'll never know the limits of Ruffians potential, you cant compare ANYONE to her. Whether Rachel would have been better, its not something we can decide. I myself am a fan of both great mares, but am slightly more a fan of Zenyatta as well. I'm working on a tribute to her as well as we speak. Just need footage of the Apple Blossom lol. Thanks for the comment!
