You get strapped into a very secure body harness with ropes attaching you to the opposite side of the bridge.
The jumpmaster is a great help assisting you to take that giant step off the bridge platform, feet or head first, literally into thin air.
After the spine chilling free fall where you reach speeds of up to 120 km/h you break... into a glorious pendulum swing - it is at this point that you feel like you can conquer the world - and you realise that no challenge will ever again be too great.
Once the blood has stopped rushing and your feet feel firmly back on solid ground you know that you've just experienced something that will be hard to top!
