Hmmmm....the $50 -$80 ones might be the Japanese version. The Battle Scarred Gundams I reviewed are all the American release ones.

I think I bought this figure for like $10.

I don't think MSIAs have a scale. They are close to the 1/200 scale.

On average. MSIAs are 1 to 2.5 inches shorter than 1/144 kits. And overall, the MSIAs are considerably smaller than 1/144.

In fact, 1/144s are usually $15 to $23.

Even though they are much smaller, the MSIAs are usually $22 to $35.

And you can get a 1/100 kit for around $28 to $35.

The bad thing about Gundam action figures are that usually the small (about 4 to 5 inches tall). If you want something bigger, then I would try to find the HG 1/100 scale Heavy Arms Custom model kit. Much bigger in size, but you do have to assemble the model.
