Nonviolent Communication ( NVC ) Skills or Compassionate Communication developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg has totally changed my perspective on life and the way I communicate with others and myself. This song was completed on my late father's birthday and performed for the first time on June 30, 2007. It is usually sung at Rick Goodfriend's NVC workshops. The yelling at the end was because I was walking off the stage with my guitar chord still attached to my guitar and PA system. I stopped in time to alleviate any physical damage.
