  • Austrilasia technically is a continent, not Oceana. It includes the surrounding Pacific islands as well as mainland Australia.

    It's called Oceania, it contains Australia, Fiji, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Zealand, Palau, Papua New, Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu

  • Oceania is a REGION. Australia is a continent and a country. REGIONS can be bigger than continents (The Americas is anotehr example) But Oceania IS NOT a CONTINENT. It is a super-region.
