maybe its cleaned up since last time i was there. i had some friends that lived out there and the area wasnt to great. but thats been a few years.

I agree with him. I would rather have a halfway house of former homeless people who are being treated for their mental illness, alcoholism, whatever nnext door than a bunch of homeless fending for themselves, digging through my garbage and sleeping under porches.

They are not criminals. They are the laid off Americans. They will become dangerous when they cant get Cigarettes, or booze. To use the police for this is like arresting people for having diabetics. We cant solve the unemployment problem with police. We cant solve the medical problems with police.
