good video, a have a few question though, how do you train your legs do you do any heavy squats or deadlifts? or do you do purely bodyweight excercises? like the one legged squat and plyometrics etc....

@calisthenicskingz Can you help me with that tutorial? I try to do this but i can't find the balance, its either my head touching the ground or just "falling" backwards into the starter position how can i find the ballance?

Hey Hit, quick question. Can/should you do calithenics everyday or is it the same as weight training where u should do a 3 day split etc to allow your body time to heal and repair?

I learned the kick up method, and strengthening through hand stand push ups,and hand shoulder touches. Frog stance is good for learning planks also.
