  • Centrifugal seperators are by far the most effective way to get oil out of water and vice versa. I hope they use this. If they dont then the general opinion that the government is run by a buncha morons will be further, and justifiably enforced.

  • I like a man who puts his money where his mouth is. Mr.Costner you are now in my opinion a first class citizen and individual. You represent the best of our country and prove that private citizens have know how and get it done attitude. The creativity of America can not come forth under Socialism,Marxism or Communism only under a Constitution of Freemen. I will review all your work as an actor with much respect,I thank you for the creatures of the gulf that you will help save. It aint just money

  • @CoreDump07 So bp can use the oil that was spilled.

  • Damn Man good investment he's gonna make millions

  • @movement26 Yes there was a systematic failure of government, it's called Cheney staffing every nook and cranny of the EPA with oil men

  • @CoreDump07 Because the "Greed is Good" option is adopted by most big and small companies.

That said, we the public are also partly to blame because we do not curb our insatiable use (or misuse) of our dwindling natural resources, and are unwilling to adopt or support alternative energy consumption.

  • There has obviously been a systemic failure by government to introduce legislation compelling oil companies to access this type of machine produced by Costner's company............and we all know why.

  • @CoreDump07 there is no law providing companies must own or develop this kind of equipment, and unfortunately, they won't spend any of their big profits if they aren't required to by law.

  • unbelievable, why have this devices not been used much earlier?
