This is a Southern Dish called "Grits & Griades". As you can see, this entire dish was cooked and prepared on a Large Cajun Grill...using a "pot holder" and cooking on the cooking grids. With the extra large cooking surface, this dish was very simple to do. We will be posting the recipe on our Facebook site sometime soon. But one thing you have to know...this is a very tasty dish, and one that is very simple to pulloff...so, don't hesitate in giving it a try!
