GEW UV Curing Solutions: Simple Maintenance Procedures for your GEW UV curing system

The video demonstrates how quick and easy it is to change a lamp in a GEW UV system. Firstly, having unlocked the single quick-release latch, the UV cassette is withdrawn from the lamphead. The two end caps on the reflector unit and the optional 'Cold Filter' are then removed to gain access to the UV lamp and its push-on connectors. Having released these connectors, the lamp can be lifted free. The cleaning and fitting of a new lamp is shown and all is achieved within three minutes.

Also shown is the e-Brick filter change procedure and the filter change warning notification on the Touch Screen Controller (HMI).
