Sorry for camera movement! (Sound still good!) -
Amazing 'shadow tour' late-night gig at Cafe du Nord, in San Francisco, April 14, 2009..

There are more great videos on YT from that evening of this song & all others shot by other fans from different vantage points in the club... check them out!

(Most of my other videos from that evening were shot by a pro filmmaker, unlike this one, where camera was held by someone very inexperienced - me!)

Original song by the late great Paul Pena, recorded by Taylor on his first Pre-Idol CD entitled "Taylor Hicks"...

Incredible touring band: Josh Smith - guitar/music director; Brian Gallagher - horns; Deron Johnson (replacing Kenny Crouch for this show) - keyboards; Gary Novak - drums; Mike Mennell- bass.

Get his fantastic new CD "THE DISTANCE" at iTunes, Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc....

  • So glad he sang this song. Once again, great footage. Thanks for posting!

  • This is definitely Taylor's song. Wish he had played more harmonica.
