A dark piano improvisation, similiar to some of my previous ones. Figured this time I would use a picture of the best of composer of all time, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. He composed many dark pieces - on contrary of what people generally believe.

  • This is my favourite of all your compositions mainly because i have the tendency to like the dark genre inside classical music.

Your truly an inspiration for all the pianists out there and this work just leaves me speechless, there is no term to define what one feels about this.

You should be supported by a label and have a career of your own! I would love to see what would come out of you you if you were to be influenced by Mosolov/Liszt! Thank you for the wonderful music...

  • @xakoviski Thanks, truly appreciate your comment!

Yes I certainly am working hard to build a career in this wonderful field, I perserve and keep focusing.

Oh and btw, my piece "Pearls Before Swine" has some Liszt influence, check it out if you want.

    Cheers!

  • @KarlNerman i love your music and i was wondering if you could fine any inspiration in this "Soul Eater - Piano" please let me know what you think

  • @nekosama18 I checked it out, it was awesome! I normally don't watch anime, but this one seems very interesting.

  • Hi Karl! I was SO pleased to read "..the best of composer of all time, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. He composed many dark pieces - on contrary of what people generally believe." It can really make me mad if musicians ('real professionals' incl.) can't come up with more than the requiem and, let's say, the KV466 pianoconcerto in d-minor when I discussing Mozarts 'lack of real Depth' (or dark side).. I totally agree with you!! And.., must also be said: this Impromptu is 'Mozart-Hommage-Worthy'!!

  • @BazDaniZ Very well said! I can't stand stereotypical opinions about Mozart being a composer of "light" and "uplifting" music only. There is a lot of melancholy and darkness in music, but some people can't hear past his major leitmotifs. Thanks for the comment!
