@sydneybighands im not judging them by their prettyness -.- my main point was that a goalkeeper does not get "sent" into a corner, but chooses to go into one of the 2 corners based on personal preference. I never said anything about being pretty having anythign to do with skill, not saying Solo isnt hot of course.

@sydneybighands yes I am fully aware of the fact that hope solo is probably the only female goalkeeper that actually achieves a level comparable to the Cassilas and Cesars and Neuers in male football. but in a final, you choose a corner, no matter how good you are.

Even though we lost the World Cup I think the USA in general grew closer, this goal was simply amazing! Watching it now after a few weeks after the cup still gives me the feelings to jump and scream! So what if we didnt win the world cup? There is the Olympics These women are amazing role models to people of all ages. Women's soccer is so much more thrilling to watch! Abby's goal thanks to Megan's cross, or Hope Solo's save on the third pk are the the perfect example of playing with heart. USA!
