HP laptop with a wireless card manufacturers defect, we have both called and can't get anywhere higher than an executive senior case manager,named Marc, that kept saying it would be $259 plus tax to have it fixed.

No, I guess my misfortune was a blessing in disguise. I now have a dell that blows the old hp away plus it cost less. And to bad for HP, no CEO now......hate to say I told you so but HP had it coming!

I had an hp computer once, the thing was a piece of fucking shit, so many problems, too many to probably list, but now, I got an alienware M15X laptop, and it hasn't given me any real issues.

I'll never understand why people label a certain computer brand as being shit because they had problems with one computer. theres people who love dell computers but I know plenty of people who have had nothing but troubles with dell's. there isnt one single brand out there that someone hasnt had problems with.

HP IS HORRIBLE!!! I bought an HP external hard drive 1TB paid close to $200 I wanted my data to be safe and it completely failed. When I try to access some files they show an error and im unable to open. I was able to open before I contacted HP, they basically told me "Sorry, Your problem not Ours" I have lost many files dear to me, my baby birthday pics, my kids holiday pics... The drive that was supposed to save these things has malfunctioned, and the comany refuses to help in any way.

HP sucks big time, I'm a student, and the say that its going to take about a month to fix my laptop. yea buying a new one is a good option, its just that i dont have money to get a new one. now i have to travel to the university in the cold and stay over night to complete my projects. I hope HP offices and customer. service employees get restarted children.

If the issue happened outside any warranty coverage, its gonna cost ya. That's the way it goes for ALL computer manufacturer. Not HP's fault, not yours either. A USB discrete wifi card for less than $50.00 wil fix you. Like the other guy said (KevinPatrickCarey) quit yer fawking beetchin.. You only made the whole world know that you are a poor self pitty complainer
