VIEWERS: WARNER MUSIC AND YOUTUBE BLOCKED THIS VIDEO'S ORIGINAL AUDIO TRACK. I used YT's "Audio Swap" and the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button. After numerous unsuccessful attempts with other tracks, they finally published it with "My Sacrifice" by CREED. I have nothing but respect for CREED, but as you can see, it's not a good match, nor is it the proper length for the video I created. Isn't GREED a wonderful thing!?! This song was "suggested" to me by c1i9v9i9c, and I'd like to say "Thank you!". It gave me an opportunity to explore the deserts of the world, though I did try to stay within North America.
"Horse With No Name" actually started out as "Desert Song", but the name was changed just before it was recorded. It was written as an antidote to England's rainy weather and as an escape from the chaotic lifestyle - back to the peaceful, quiet deserts of California, Arizona and New Mexico. I hope you enjoy my interpretation.
