Ive used a steriod foam that I rebound from so bad that my moderate/severe scalp psoriasis ends up worse than ever when i take a break from it. I figured Id give this stuff a shot, and was actually pretty surprised how much my scales have cleared. It's NOT a cure, but it's given me a lot of relief. It does leave my hair super greasy, so I disagree with Maryann that you can put it on and go about your day. I put it on at night and wear a shower cap to bed then rinse it out in the morning.
When I went to Morocco on holiday a dear old Moroccan woman told me to use argan oil for my psoriasis. It was the last day of the holiday so I didn't have time to purchase it there. I wasn't sure at first but I eventually plucked up the courage and bought PureArgan Skin by Mama Nature online. Well this has been marvellous and the improvement to my skin is truly outstanding. If she was here I would give her a big hug. I would recommend this to any psoriasis sufferer.
All doctors want to do is give you pills, injections and steriods. They don't work long term. One of the best topical treatments my friends and I have found is Okika Polynesian Butter Cream, from Orchids of Hawaii. There's no synthetic chemicals or junk in it. From the first time, no itching & the redness starts to fade, the flaking diminishes & it's all natural, very healing and theraputic. It cleared up my friends severe Psoriasis that she suffered with all over her body (for 40 years).
@MelvinMechanicalEngg Breathing exercises is a great idea. Psoriasis can actually be caused by stress too, making it hard for it to go away when you are treating it. So that is actually a good idea. I'm gonna try that a few times a day. Thanks for the tip.
THERE IS NO CURE FOR PSORIASIS AS YET. What works for 1 person may not work for another. Plus it isn't all about Diet either, food are triggers, thats all

Also, Can anybody tell me if I can use this if I have it below my knee cap? Or is it only meant for the scalp?
