@mangaspanta I both disagree and agree with you. There's no similarities to being in a state of narcosis and doing entheogens, your senses are not inhibited during these experience. the senses are rather intensified and you will percieve small things with greater detail and awe, wether it's something visual, auditory or mental/emotional.

These plants have been in a symbiotic relationship with humans for 50.000years, they are not rejected by the body, they are accepted and welcomed

To fully understand the power of shrooms and survive the whole trip, at least in western civilization and without shaman, one must have a steady soundtrack, carefully selected and appropriate. Two days ago, me and my friend got through thanks to a psybient playlist. Whenever we got stuck or lost, there was always some kind of sound that helped us fight and continue searching.

@VasjaStankovic What Vasja said. All the various entheogens are NOT to be taken lightly (in regards of doing them for the purpose of just having "fun" or to get "fucked up on something). They are not toys, but tools ... and potencially as important to psychotherapy and spirituality as the telescope was to astronomy. That's why a guide (shaman) is adviced, but if you're gonna do them without a guide. DO THE RESEARCH first... and do it well. Set and setting is of course important.

@geostigma123 i couldnt agree more, any psychedelic is not about getting fucked up. but i must insist that set and setting, are not just important but probably the two most important things when having a spiritual experience. because if they are underestimated to much one can lose themselves. the human mind is a very very fragile thing if not treated or respected correctly. for the first time (obviously) dont do it completely alone. everyone's mind is different,

@geostigma123 Doing entheogens for the purposes of having fun can lead to on a spiritual path. I was never spiritual until I used entheogens. It's not a crime to have fun while having a spiritual experience, nor do these cancel eachother out. The entheogens are the guide, and experience is the greatest teacher.

Nah i just bike around in the dark countryside in the fall/winter cold as fuck on 3 doses of mushies no lights on my bike listening to psytrance e.g. space Buddha, digicult...amazing trips, pure entertainment...the only time ive crashed i was having a nasty though about someone almost like instant karma >8^p
