It just occurred to me, the actress who plays Alex's mum really looks like Alan Partridge's East European girlfriend. Are they the same actress?

Tim Price wasn't a bad father, he was depressed and suicidal - that's what makes the ending so shocking, Alex clearly had good memories of him being a devoted, loving father but he was mentally ill though and decided killing his family to keep them from Evan was the last, wrong, desperate thing to do.

Good video but what is it with these two series and bad fathers. Guess that's what happens so very often now. Must admit I have a bad father too! Ugh. :(
