Another nice one, k2c! This is very similar to chef Ramsey's recipe.
For those inquiring; you can make your own Garam Masala with:
Cinnamon Sticks,
Bay Leaves,
3 or 4 peeled Green Cardiman Seeds,
cloves (and optional mace)
over a medium heat, dry roast these in a thick bottom pan -don't burn or it will turn bitter!
Grind in a coffee grinder till it turns to a powder.
Awesome goodness!

I have a few variable blends for the spice mix. You will find most of them in this recipe prior to where I actually added the garam masal. I had intended to make a video on the spice and will in the future. Yes, I would like to see your version, please send. cheers! KtC

@HALLSYSKITCHEN Thank you. As anything, some are better than others. I started off in cooking but later went in a different field. I have had the chance to travel and pick up different recipes/ methods from variable parts of planet earth. I try to use non-package foods particularly seasoning, trying to keep most things fresh and prepared from scratch. I cook now as a hobby and of course for my 'tummy' lol cheers mate! KtC
Thanks Hallsy, KtC

My favourite. Particularly because it is 'rich' in the authentic flavours and as you mentioned 'simple' to prepare.
