@Batgirl1515 Ik how you feel! my mom beat me too...every time she saw a cut, old or new, she beat me up...</3 it just made me cut more and almost commit suicide...it really didnt help one bit.

no one really understands why i cut, people think im complex to understand, noone understand me, i have suffered from bad depression and i feel that everyone is against me :( and cutting myself is a release for me, it lets everything out, it makes me feel in control and i also feel that i have power and that i get to chose what sort of pain i get instead of others giving me pain. i'm starting to stop now, but reading all your comments makes me feel that i'm not alone, love you guys x <3
