Welcome To Miami [[Jemi Story]] Chapter 30

We have a little Nemi moment here. Sorry Jemi fans. But trust me, and i mean TRUST ME, there will be a mega Jemi moment coming up, later today. ;)

[[Demis POV]]
"What are you doing here?" I asked trying not to sound panicked.
"I want the truth, Demi. You owe me that much." Nick said with a serious face, he almost lookedmad.
I knew he was right, but I couldnt tell him NOW.
"Illbe right back." I whispered and ran to my room. Joe was by the doorway and he caught me when I tripped.
"NickisinthehouseandIdon'tthinkIcantellhimnowwhatisgoingonbecauseyou'rehere!!" I said standing up myself.
"Nicks here?!" Joe whisper shouted.
"You got that?" I asked surprised.
"I understand you." Joe said shrugging. I smiled and kissed him lightly then pulled away biting my lip. Suddenly I remembered Nick in my living room.
"What do I do?!" I whispered.
"Make him leave."
"I'll lose a friend forever."
"Sorry."
"No, Joe. Im not making him leave." I said shaking my head. I looked around and saw my bedroom window. A sly smile spread across my lips.

I had told Nick everything, except the part about Joe and I being involved in a relationship, I just mentioned good friends. I then texted Joe what I had told Nick. But now was what was important. Well, now Nick had the most hurt and yet relieved expression on his face.
"Can I see him?" Nick asked. I shook my head. Ok, now I felt like a special NCIS agent. (a/n: LOVE that show!)
"Why not?"
"Because hes not ready yet."
"And you think you have the damn right to tell me that?!"
It kind of surprised me, this was the first time Id heard or see him yell.
"Its not me, its HIM!! Now if you want to go look for him BE MY GUEST!!!" I yelled back. I hated when people yelled at me, ever since my dad, I was just sick of yelling because thats all I heard all the time. I think thats the reason my parents divorced.
Nicks face softened and he hugged me. I hugged back and dug my face into his shoulder.
"Im sorry for yelling." Nick whispered.
"Im sorry for not being able to tell you where Joe is." I felt him flinch at his name. Definatly sensitive. Nick hugged me tighter and I felt him start to shake. I heard some sniffles and knew he was crying. I held him as he let all his pain out. I can only imagine how much he missed his brother though. Im an only child and I dont really have any other family besides my parents. Nick was practically abandoned when he was10. Damn.
Nick pulled away from the hug and wiped his eyes roughly.
"Ill uhsee you tomorrow." And with that, he left. I took out my phone and went into my room and texted Joe.
[[I think he went into depression mode.]] I texted him. It took him a couple minutes to reply.
[[Hell get over it.]]
[[Do you want me to keep you updated?]] it took him about 10 minutes to reply this time.
[[Yeah.]] How could it take him that long just to text yeah? My phone wasnt that complicated.
[[What are you even doing right now?]] I waited another 10 minutes and my phone buzzed.
[[Party, Ill call you later babe.]]
I sighed and set my phone down on my nightstand. I quickly took a shower and changed into my pajamas then went to sleep.
