@darklife83 Rats and Mice may be cool to own as a pet, however the fact is, it is a food source for other animals. As a snake owner who feeds live only, I feel my snake benefits more as its healthier eating fresh, apposed to frozen. Wild is not an option if you wish to maintain a healthy pet snake. Its a rat. Get over it.

@flamingstang Are you actually that stupid? Just because the boa is being fed a rat doesn't mean it's being live fed. That snake could have been seriously injured. Dipshit.

This video is hard to watch, as a boa owner. You shouldn't feed live rats, it could easily blind or kill your snake, and it's unnecessarily inhumane to the rat. You're lucky the rat bite here didn't get infected.

@darklife83 Your not suppose to feed pet snakes wild rodents... wild animals are more likely carrying a bad disease and/or bugs like ticks or mites. But yes, I do see what your getting at, but just because a rat is white doesn't mean it isn't a feeder. Lots of people breed rats that are actually for feeding that are different colors because sometimes there are the occasional snake that will only eat white rats or only dark rats and sometimes only milticolored rats.
