If memory serves correctly, I believe this was a "live" in-studio performance presented on the MTV 120 Minutes show. I think Elvis Costello was guest hosting and introduced the segment with something along the lines, "here's a songwriter that has been along side me all these years, but with much more fashionable haircuts." Elvis is so droll... I love Paul Weller and Elvis Costello almost equally,
