@LifeAsPUNKS I agree that Meg is a really great drummer, and for having no drumming experience before Jack, she has come really far, but I don't think that Jack wanted her as a drummer so that he can outdo her. Her drumming was a big part of the white stripes, and I'm sure that Jack knows that. And, I don't think that Meg looked at her simplistic drumming style as a sacrifice to let Jack steal the spotlight. They both complimented each other with their music. Thats what made them so great.

Meg was probably the most badass woman in jack's life EVER!! She went out of her way to learn simple drum beats so Jack could go on tour and play his heart out.. She was behind him from the start... Taking off on her was really rude.. He got so caught up with HIMSELF and didn't realize what Meg really gave him. She spent her best years doing for him and his happiness.
