RIP Brit Hume, an amazing reporter and man, he is missed.

Because most people are idiots?

Ratings tell us how many people are watching, not how intelligent they or the viewers are. They dont say squat for news accuracy or fairness. Ratings are ratings.... a million viewers doesnt make you right, but it does make u rich.

I think the point was that the left-leaning pundits admit their bias while the right-leaning ones pretend they have no bias.
Every pundit interrupts, its just part of the job. They play characters for their network. Its all about money.
As for Fox's ratings, a recent Pew Research Report statistic shows that Fox's viewership is almost 2 Democrats per 1 Republican...take from that what you will but don't assume that ratings show an accurate proportion of political ideologies among audiences

"..while interrupting them constantly.."
you are obviously a partisan hack and driven by party ideology, chris mathews constantly interrupts people and never lets them answer questions, if fox is so biased as you say they are then why have they been kicking ass in ratings for 8 years! 8 years! no other news agency comes close!

Fox is known for their bias. At NBC,I'm not sure if Chris Matthews admits to his, but Keith Olbermann does, both on his show and other shows. This is the opposite of Sean Hannity who lies almost daily that he and Fox is "fair and balanced" and Bill O'Reilly, who lies daily that he's not only "fair and balanced" but he's "no-spin". O'Reilly calling his guests "loons", "idiots" and "kool-aid drinkers" while interrupting them constantly when they make valid points, is the antitheses of "no spin".
