I lived in vietnam for five years (just as the American embassy was setting up again - after roughly twenty years out of the country) and all the stuff they show on this video is true. You see the excercises happen every morning. The older generation of Vietnamese do it more often then the younger. Oh yeah about the economy, its picking up again and the Vietnamese are in some ways becoming richer.
