I have full custody of my daughter. My daughters mother had had no contact with my daughter for two years. Six months after I move out of state my daughters mother puts out an Amber alert on my daughter. Six fucking months after I move! She causes all this shit, police finally figure out the bitch is crazy but she gets in no trouble. The crazy bitch called a fake kidnapping report on me causing a bullshit amber alert and she doesn't get in any trouble. Woman get away with way too much shit!

@Grace88Anderson She should get the maximum sentence that the man could have gotten with no reductions or early parole and be publicly named as a false accuser.

I think that women who falsely accuse men of rape, in situations where there are specific individuals named, should lose the right to file rape accusations without irrefutable evidence to back them up. (i'm talking video, D.N.A., or photographic evidence.)

There is a simple way to stop false rape accusations from happening.
Make it so that the woman have EXACTLY the same sentence as the man would have on the rape case.
I wonder how many men are serving rape sentences on false grounds. How many, woman has sex with suspect and then goes cries a bit and accuses the suspect of rape. Even if found innocent, a man reputation never recovers.

If a woman claims to be raped and wasnt, she should serve the prison time that the perp would have had to serve.
