Gary Franchi from Restore the Republic interviews Christina Tobin the founder and Chair of FreeAndEqual.org joins Gary in studio to discuss the latest in ballot access laws and her exclusive announcement to gain third party access and break the two party monopoly, which is perhaps the only peaceful way to restore the republic given the monolithic behavior of the two party system. She describes the trials and pitfalls she has encountered to garner support and get candidates on the ballot at the grassroots level, where it is needed for a third party to be successful and make it a viable option for independent voters.

Ralph is not running for the greenback party. You remember him for regulations that guaranteed public safety. Where he sold me was in taxing what you don't want, and providing incentives for what you do want, and a balanced budget.

Christina is most certainly *not* a "balot access expert", let alone a "12-year ballot access expert"; she is ini fact, a political neophyte who *failed* her very first ballot drive for Free & Equal (Eric Sundwall, 20th NY).

Also, her claim of collecting a "half a million signatures" for Nader is very bogus and disingenuous. She is illegitimately taking credit for signatures circulators collected who had nothing to do with her. I know firsthand her claim to be untrue.
