  • Hello! This nutrition information is basic to some which is a great thing! I'm just trying to create awareness for those who aren't too familiar. I can't stress the importance of a healthy diet :)

  • why don;t they tell the truth. they shed weight on veg diets, they literally live on sprouts

  • @tigermancall - trust me, I do not live on sprouts! I love to eat! I eat whole grains, lean proteins and tons of veggies.... not just sprouts!
