I lived in CA my whole life and I never understood why most people just let their fruit rot on their trees. Trees would be loaded with oranges, lemons, avocados etc. and they wouldn't eat it. Now I live in CO where we have a very small growing season. Folks in warmer areas don't know how spoiled they are.

I thought this vid was going to be about foraging in the wilds of florida to help hone my skills but I see this was for urban dwellers.
I gather what I need from the Florida wilderness. Throughout the state there are over 100 varieties of fruit, dozens of nuts, several grains, tasty tubers, about 20 veggies, a few sweeteners & many teas. Try roasted yaupon sometime, remeniscent of Earl Grey with a powerful caffeine kick.
btw... The proper pronouniation is "TANgelos, not tanGELos.
