  • Hi i want to buy this one but have a question; is the sound what comes from the 3 EQ channel treble, bass and mid a warm sound or a cheap sharp sound if you know what i mean. And also do i need to use the USB or can i still use it as a standard normal mixer without the USB port?

  • @ep010 The sound from this mixer is great. The EQ's have a nice warm sound to them. Not to bad actually. And no, you do not need to use the USB interface if you wish not to. It has the analog TRS and XLR on it.

  • im having a problem with mine, when i plug in the power lead in the whole thing lights up and cant get any sound, its connected to a pioneer dmj2000 mixer, it was fine til the lead was replaced any ideas???

  • @kellyg290 can you explain when you say the lead was replaced?

  • is there a mixer that you can plug a usb microphone into?

  • @ZcsFilms Simple answer. No

  • I bought that mixer, but after a while there were some questions coming up:

Can I record my drumset with my 4 microfones with that mixer ?

    - I've tried so hard to record all my microfones at the same time with that mixer... but it just doesn't work. I don't know what I do wrong.

I use Logic, but I can't record all 4 channels. Logic only lets me record channel 1 and 2 at the same time...so the main channels....

    channel 3 +4 don't even show up....

    CAN U HELP ME ??

  • If you don't have a usb mixer can you still hook it up to your computer ?????

  • so my drum kit uses 4 mics. should i get this>?

  • I need advice. I just purchased 2 MXL 990 mics and this Peavey PV6 mixer. I plan to to purchase two more. Unfortunately i was told this mixer could handle 4 condenser mics but obviously it can't. This USB only has about 15v phantom power supply. And can only hold up to two mics. (if that) I don't want to go out of my price range for anything more expensive than this. Is there a way to hook up a phantom power supply? Or maybe u guys know of any mixers that hold up to 4 phantom powered mics (chea

  • @McIntec

    Thank you very helpfull :)

  • @tFrankMusic

Hey man, with this mixer the phantom power is only available for the first 2 channels. Gathering all your 4 mics are condenser ones, then that could be why it won't work.

  • @OIsubaru You need a USB-A to USB-B cord

  • What usb chord is needed? mine did not come with one? and can u run the PV6 with garage band?
