DSK celebrates in NY after sex case collapses

Former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn enjoyed a night out in New York on Tuesday after sexual assault charges against him were dropped.




Strauss-Kahn dined with his wife and daughter at an Italian restaurant in Manhattan after a judge agreed with prosecutors that his hotel maid accuser had lost credibility after she changed her story three times.




The decision means the man known as DSK should be able to return to France later on Wednesday.

Compare how DSK was treated with how Mike Tyson was treated when he was accused of rape. Tyson's accuser attended a dance recital for a beauty contest the morning after the alleged rape and did not make the accusation until later that day. They had no DNA evidence and she had not been beaten, Yet they tried and convicted Tyson.

@Uncle99B One minor inconvenience... who says you didn't have sex with the deceased, the decease wrote a letter and killed himself? One side will say: 'the note claims he murdered', the other will say 'the killer claims it was suicide, only to damage him'. Now agreed, that sounds weird because we're talking about murder and no one would actually do it like that, beause there'd be no gain, but the case is about rape, which does offer gain for a self-imposed victim!
