@CarEnthusiast80 The only thing that makes the F50 GT not street legal is the fact it has race slick tires. Change that and you've got a street legal car.

Did you know Ferrari did indeed put a Formula 1 V12 in the back of a Ferrari F50? Did you also know that the Ferrari F50 GT has a limiter of up to 11,500 RPM, and produces as much genuine sound as that of a Formula 1 engine? In fact, even Ferrari said that the engine is direct from a F1 engine.
That tells you something. The F50 has an electronic limiter on the engine because if it isn't limited, it can cause a lot of break downs.
Go read a book.

Just put it like u want but a TRUE f1 engine is removed and changed after qualify than they remove it and change it after the race, that already 2 blown block in 4hrs of beating and u think they would put that in a car of 1.2 million... this is street legal car trust me... And it has the same engine as the GT? that why f50gt engine is bigger than the f50 1?

@69chuddy It does because it was the only street legal production vehicle to hold a true Formula 1 Ferrari engine. The F50GT is not street legal, but the normal F50 is, and it has the same engine as the GT, except for it is detuned for Federal Emission standards....
