no mr. jones, the film is funny, but more irrelevant than ever -- christianity is not the issue if it ever was at all!! and you "subversive" pythons never bothered to make fun of islam, the most twisted religion of all - were you blind or cowardly?
i mean "never be rude to an arab" is not really a big statement

@irishunicorn65 why did you post relatively the same thing that was pretty much the same?

the most ridiculous aspect of all this is why these nuts actually care if Jesus is made fun of. Do they think Jesus i.e. God himself could be harmed in any way? What exactly is the difference between an uninsulted God and an insulted God? The guy supposedly created billions of galaxies but he would still say "ah fuck I'm being insulted on that puny Milky Way planet called Earth so now I'm gonna ...." do what, exactly?

@axollot Being of Scottish / Irish origin myself and my older boy understand the accents very well! I just love different accents and they should be allowed on the BBC America. I'm unhappy that we don't have the ability to have the other stations from the UK on Direct TV or other sat or cable co. I love David's soft tones that have a musical quality to them. He is a delight to listen to in anything he does!! I have The Life of Brian and I think it's hilarious! People should laugh at themselves!

I can't help but think that there is something very pythonesque about the whole situation, with all the media - and two of the "stars"! - turning up in this small town because of a lifted 30 old ban of a harmless film. Beautiful, absolutely brilliant.
I love Monty Python. And I love David Tennant. And I love hearing about this film. My evening is made.

I wonder if it was weird for her to watch herself absolutely starkers on the big screen whilst surrounded by half of the town that she's the mayor of....?
Still, my two favourite Pythons and one of my favourite Doctors all in one show. *sigh*

Oh, Michael...don't say that LoB can't be shown in the midwestern US. People will believe you! *sigh*

If David Tennant had taught Welsh in my school I wouldn't have failed.
The way he says Aberwystwyth...I should really be able to spell that...
What a wonderful programme. The veltvety tones of DT and the glorious comedy of Monty Python. It's like the BBC thought it was my birthday or something. Thanks for this!

Tennant has such a fantastic voice 4audio, its a shame really that his doc work wouldnt be in the US much if @ all 4 pitys sake they already put SUBTITLES on BBCAmerica 4 shows like Life on Mars! I guess a Northern UK accent is just to hard on Yankee ears (it's all English ppl)! Worse, ie Mars the subtitle is way out of whack from what Gene said. Removing the best LOLs from the show ('course we dont need 'em our family understands all English dialects/accents)
