I used to have an axgt which had the same TU engine but was 1360cc's with a twin choke carb and even that would not crack 60 in 8 seconds, with a lot of proper mods then yes but the 1.1 lump isnt even worth wasting time over no way will a 1.1 saxo do 60 in that time... if so it would almost be chewing at the heels of my fto which does it in around 7 secs... which they dont they go backwards in the rear view mirror... just buy a faster car mate :)
