  • well no shit you're going to lose weight, after you decrease your calorie intake and replace shit foods with whole foods your body is going to digest everything easily. You dont really need usana to see those results its as easy as eating healthier, fuck paying 50 or so dollars for a fucking 1 pound container of protein powder you guys are suckers

  • Great Job Charisse! I am on my 5th day of Reset and I feel pretty good! It's not easy, but if you stay focused on your goal and stay determined to get healthy, anyone can do it! I lost 6 pounds in 5 days. Pretty successfull if you ask me! I am considering the Transform phase, but honestly I can't wait to eat savory low glycemic mean tomorrow, I really miss eating savory foods! By the way, you look great!!!

    If you go over the instructions for the Reset program it does say that you should not go hungry, You can eat as much as you need to so long as what ever else you eat is low glycemic and does not spike your blood sugar. That can be fruits and vegetables, another shake or another Usana snack bar.

  • i tried the usana reset but i felt like crap taking it. literally i have no energy what so every. if u add up the calories your getting u dont get nowhere near 2000 not saying it doesnt work but it is actually really hard to stick with it for a week. i had snacks but since i work out and exercise regularly i need around 3200 calories a day maybe next time ill try it without the activities. glad it went well for you
