They cook the chicken for 17 hours. You can eat the bones----and they are better tasting than the meat--no shudoobee. LT Farm & Restaurant in Wakee, IA is probably the finest dining experience I've had on a highway anywhere. THe family that runs it are magical people. It's about 20 minutes west of Des Moines on i80. No menu. Just eat what they make. No beverage selection, just "sky juice". Get it?

I'm a recovering vegetarian. A Chinese doctor told me I was eating against my blood type and that I didn't look well. I feel better now that I'm eating meet––but I still don't look that great. Now I need a Chinese plastic surgeon.
