Well I'm a starforce fan but i actually feel bad for subaru, if you listen to the to the announcing of the title CLOSELY, you can tell that the megaman EXE part is announced by netto and megaman EXE while the operate shooting star is announced only by subaru because...well... he is solo (discluding War-Rock because they have to combine to form megaman)

@altru556 I can only guess but it's pretty much the same as BN1, the only change there is an extra scenario that you can complete very fast enough about Shooting Star, plus a couple of new chips and the story doesn't change one bit for the involvement of Clockman, instead, after finishing the scenario, you can use SS Rockman and the story goes on normally until the end so Crapcom didn't put the biggest efforts for it, the game is pretty much the same as the GBA, no way US would like that I think
