I don't know Hindi cos i'm Srilankan, but it looks like you are trying to enable only telnet access to a router and block everything else

Router(config)#ip access-list standard TELNET

Router(config-std-nacl)#permit 192.168.50.0 0.0.0.255 (your network)

Router(config-std-nacl)#deny any

Router(config)#line vty 0 4

Router(config-line)#login

Router(config-line)#password cisco

Router(config-line)#ip access-class TELNET in

now only telnet will work but cannot ping :)
