Byers be aware! Big hassle ahead!

I had electrical problem with my 2011 brand new Odyssey EX-L, with less than 300 miles on it!

It has been in dealer's service for 4 days now, still not fixed. Honda service rep told me some parts start deteriorating within the first 200 miles!

I filed complaint with Honda America. They don't care a bit. The rep did not return my call after 3 days. When he called, he wouldn't

even acknowledge it is Honda's fault, let alone any help at all.

@TheManInDboX They use hard plastics because they are more durable. I'm not happy about that decision, but 99% of the buyers dont care.

@etoyotarockshsucks After owning an 01 Sienna, and then driving the new 11 sienna, i would take the honda. the quality of the toyota has sunken to Pre-Bail-out GM quality. The plastic is hard, the steering feels like a video game, and the interior seating position is designed for monkeys, (long arms short legs), the Honda, although uglier then the sienna, is much nicer then the sienna. "says the Die hard Toyota Fan of 15 years" Quality counts with a sticker that high.
