They are only for consoles, the other suit version is only for pc. Yeah, I know, it sucks! You can download "Open Suits Mod" for GTA IV though, search on google.

Ok he shows u where to go at the very beginning of the video so if u didn't see it the first Time go back and restart the video and 2nd of all u get the 2nd or middle island after you do a couple of missions after your 1st house and the depot get burned down this post I hope stops some of you for disliking the vid for no reason
