It is a P42, Amtrak engine number 156 painted up with the old logo to celebrate 40 years of Amtrak. Here it is in Buffalo,NY at the Depew Station on Amtrak 48. It is the Lakeshore Limited going to New York City.
@ikolkyo967 No, it just didn't have its Head End Power Engine Running, which usually drowns out the sound of the prime mover. With the HEP generator off, you can hear the prime mover revving like you would on a GE freight loco.
