Regarding Ghatotkach and Naag astra, I know that.

But it was for safety against the Naag astra and not Karna. Arjuna had many divine weapons obtained from Lord Shiva, many celestial gods and from his 5 yrs stay in heaven. But he still did not use them in the war for the safety of the world and also he did not want the future to say that " it was not he but the divine weapons lead him to victory". Karna on the other hand depended on Nag astra and Brahmastra in the end to kill Arjuna.

karan was the only warrior in mahanharat (except drona and bheesma) who can defeat arjun easily . karan was able to move back arjun rath few inches it means that he can move back the lord krishna sitting as charioter hanuman sitting on rath few inches so he is greatest warrior in mahabharat

The chariot moving story is fake. It is additional folklore and has no origin in the Puranas and Vyasa's MB

I have seen the full Mahabharata many times. There is no doubt how brave he is. You are forgetting How Arjun took every body single handed including Karan.
