Confined skills descents through weight belt removal, good for beginners, aspiring dive professional and dive professionals to refresh. This is not a video on how to do skills, it is more an emphasis on how to demonstrate certain kinds of skills.

yes fightsharkfishing24 but there are good scuba accident sites on the web too. try the myscubastory site. They have all sorts of dive stories and accident videos there. type myscubasory into google and its the first one. enjoy

In the first part of the video, is that a man or woman?

He tips over because he has to much air in his BCD (Back inflation)! I have a back inflation BCD, no problems!!!

Why is he finning? Is his BC deflated?

This was a very thorough demonstration, thanks for this! Admittedly I needed some refreshing methods for staying on my toes. My gear removal was taught a tad differently as well but I think this way makes a little bit more sense. I look forward to diving with Utila soon.

Wing inflation is very different to back inflation, hence the tipping at the surface. If I demo'd in my jacket it would be different, but then so would be my trim underwater which is where I spend most of my time!

It's a back wing inflation BCD, they tip the diver over on the surface, so to counter the diver needs to scull their fins.
